1. Mobile Motor Vehicle Vin Verification has the right to refuse service to anyone
2. All terms, conditions are subject to modification at any time without notice
3. All Vin Verification fee’s and round trip mileage charges will be fully explained in advance to each potential customer, but the Vin fee’s and per round trip mileages are subject to change
4. All vehicle doors and hoods can only be opened by the vehicle owner (not the verifier)
